Beforehand, I spend time understanding the territory: your history, present circumstances, significant relationships, decisions and the question that appears to have brought you here.

The day is then created around you. There is no generic agenda and no performance to complete. The work follows the question with psychological depth, intellectual rigour and patience enough not to manufacture certainty.

Northstar Days are arranged privately in locations appropriate to the individual and the nature of the enquiry. They may be particularly valuable around business exit, succession, leadership transition, vocation, relationship or a profound loss of direction.
